The AI assistant

The assistant provides general information, not an on-site assessment or emergency monitoring. Messages you send are processed by an AI service to generate a response. Avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial or medical information. Your contact details are saved as an enquiry only when you submit the callback form.

Your choices

Only share the information necessary for your service request. Email is optional. To ask about your submitted information, request a correction or request deletion, contact Katabatic at 604-894-0414.
